Realtor’s fees are being challenged

In our experience with Real Estate agents, we have never had a good experience. We pay them 6% of our selling price, and have never received in value close to this commission that we pay. We actually had one house where we called the picked a realtor, they came in placed a sign in our yard, and the house sold that evening. Our realtor never actually handled anything other than placing a sign in the front lawn, and not even a thank you note after the sale. Which by the way they did not even attend.

At Austin real estate they are challenging the model of 6% commissions, and are providing a 1.5% rebate back to their customers that list with them.

OK! Thought I would try something different to get a response. Try saying that fast five times. I am writing about this, because I just received a PayPal payment from a company we set up as an affiliate, and had almost forgotten about. They are called Telebay, and they are affiliate program that you can join for free and create your own shopping portal. You can even create your own Cell Phone portal of which you get paid anywhere from $35-$55 per activation. It is quite easy, and I was surprised with little effort I got a payout. We just came across an interesting site for all you political buffs out there. Since we are only a few weeks from mid-term elections we thought it be timely to check this site out.

You can search for elected individuals by name, geography,occupation, and even cause of death. Could be a great resource for those next get togethers. So the nexy time you would like to see how many elected officials died of Typhoid fever, the Political Graveyard is the place to start.
