This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of OgilvyInteractive for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have been using my new iPad 2 for a variety of business and personal tasks but the one area that I have become most interested is news collection apps. There are is a growing demand to have rich interactive content on the iPad to help users like myself stay in touch with current events, business updates, and social media happenings. I have tried several of the popular apps that are currently available and for the most they all do a nice job of aggregating news and subjects that you choose and present the latest sources of news for you to read. I love the fact that you can Tweet or Facebook about the content and share with your friends and colleagues.

That is why I was intrigued by the latest launch of a new app for updated news called the The Collection. Right now they have the updates on Prince William and the Royal Wedding in a very interactive way. They present the back story and ways to interact with the content in both 3D representation and great animation. I downloaded the app for free and was impressed with the selection and content and just how easy it was to really interact with the story.  I can see a great need for more rich content like this in more recent events. Like the storms that tore through the Southeast United States. You could click on the article and then be presented with animated stories, videos of the tornadoes, and pictures of the after math along with agencies you can donate too in order to help those that have been impacted. Using the The Collection you would be able to gather various news content and interactive media in one place instead of having to bounce around to several different apps.

Buying gold as a good investment

That yellow metal, better known as gold on Wall Street is what investors are flocking to these days. Investments have always been a risk to investors, but now a lot of people that keep a daily eye on the Street up in New York want something to show for their investment dollars. You can now buy gold through certified vendors in order to help your portfolio. Not many other investments like this on Wall Street and no one really knows when the stocks will rebound. The last gold price I saw was around $1300 an ounce and I believe we were within $10 to $20 of a new high in gold prices. This trend may continue and gold prices have plenty of space to grow in this shaky economy.

If the U.S. dollar weakens and things in Europe continue to weaken, this means something around the world is increasing in value. That something is gold and its the main beneficiary; when it comes to bad financial news for this country and overseas. Consider a  gold investment as a way to help help strengthen your portfolio and help hedge against possible inflation. No one knows what the future will hold, but we do know gold has a very long history of retaining its value. No safer investments currently exist and everyone should increase their financial portfolios for more gold investing based on today’s economic times. Those that own the yellow metal may be smiling for a long time, if gold does see a new high in 2011.

Needed Cash For School

After doing a lot of research on a cash advance I decided to write this blog. As all people do I encountered a financial bind and needed access to cash in a hurry. I have always heard such horrible things about payday loan and title loan companies but I am writing today to completely defend them. Like I said, a few months I was in a tough spot and needed cash to pay for my summer college classes. I’m in my senior year of college and only needed two classes to finish. I have been interviewing, mainly for practice, but was recently offered a job that I think I would really enjoy. The only thing was I needed to finish my degree sooner then I thought. I was planning to take the summer off and enjoy it as my last summer of freedom. Now I am planning to register for summer classes, which are not paid for by my scholarship.

As you may already know, you only have about two weeks after classes start to pay for them or you will be removed from the class. I do have some money put in savings but not the $1,600 I needed to pay for these two classes. I have a job but only make enough to pay my rent and necessary expenses. I could get a second job but no one would want to take the time to train someone for that short amount of time. So, this is how I have come to learn about MyPaydayLoan.com. I found there website when I was searching online for short-term loans. I filled out there very simple online application and actually qualified for $1,000. This gave a little more then what I needed for the classes so I still had enough money to buy the books I needed.

The payday loan process was very simple and I have even been able to pay the minimum owed until I start my new full time job. The entire payday loan process was very simple and hassle-free. I did have to submit one of my recent bank statements because my loan was more then $700.  Besides submitting my bank statement the only other thing I has to do was fill out the basic questions asked on the application about my references and personal information.

My experience with my payday loan has been a very good one. Also, one thing I really like about MyPaydayLoan.com is they don’t perform a credit check so when I am a successful businesswoman I won’t ever have a payday loan larking on my credit report. I hope this blog will help people who are in the same situation I was in. Payday loans aren’t as bad as people make them out to be and can be the perfect answer when you are in an emergency situation.

It really just isn’t a vacation, if you don’t have the presence of an water near by. Whether it is a inlet or ocean near by the ability to enjoy boating, swimming, or jet skiing will any vacation more fun. The ocean makes the vacation and so much beauty around it. There has to be some reason that forces people to drive hundreds of miles each year, just so they can experience the powers of the ocean. If you have never seen or been to the ocean in person, you must find a way to go; while you’re still young enough to enjoy it. People who can’t swim will be a little terrified being so close to such a big body of water. The newest properties at Melbourne Marina offer properties that are right on the water and easy access to Melbourne.

Melbourne Marina

You will never forget your first time seeing the ocean. Unless you live near one or grew up with the ocean in your life. For those who don’t live near the beautiful blue waters, you will be amazed the first time you see it. Vacation destinations like the Melbourne Marina offer luxury living at an affordable cost. As far as the eye can see, you will be able to see water. You will understand why so many people in the early history of man, thought the world ended, where the ocean line touches the sky. It does seem like you could fall off of the Earth, if you traveled out as far as your eyes are allowing you to see. I can’t even imagine the first groups of people who made this original journey to the ocean’s edge. Obviously now we know the ocean doesn’t end and it just keeps going for miles and miles.
