This morning, while I was researching home alarm systems on TOTALalarmsystemS.com, my sister in law called. She was really excited and said that she had some really great news. I only talk to her ever so often, but we do get along really well. She asked me if I was sitting down, when I told her yes, she gave me the news. She and her husband were expecting another child. It will be the second grandchild in our family. She has a six year old daughter already who is a wonderful niece. I have so much fun with her, she likes makeup, clothes, and everything girly. Now, she is going to be a big sister. My sister in law said that she had been keeping it a secret for the last three months. She wanted to make sure that everything was ok before she started telling everyone. They even found out the sex of the baby already too. They are going to have a little boy! I’m sure that my father in law is going to love having a grandson and my husband is definitely going to love having a nephew!

I know a horse or pony would make a child’s eyes light up on Christmas morning. With the twinkle of the white and Green LED Christmas lights there is nothing like Christmas morning and the joy of your kids. A horse is like an adult getting a new car for Christmas and it’s a gift they will never forget. It’s great that you want to give your children the best Christmas present possible and that you can afford to get them such a nice gift. I don’t think a horse is a good present for down the road and isn’t worth the effort long-term. I know it’s the one gift that won’t be out done and a parent would be creating a memory that would last a lifetime. I hope more people would consider the horse’s feelings and needs, before they buy their child a horse, pony, or any other animal that would be out of the ordinary.

A horse is a big responsibility and it’s more than any child can handle alone. I know we want to teach our children to be responsible and that work needs to come before play time. I think teaching your kids responsibility this way, comes at the expense of the horse. Horses are beautiful creatures and these animals are so loyal and loving to the handlers that treat them right. They don’t deserve to miss feeding times or to roam around in a filthy pen. A few people have large pastures and the feeding and cleaning is not as important. The horse still needs to be rode from time to time and brushed down really good. I think younger folks would do a fine job for the first few months or the 1st year of owning a horse. It’s all the time after that is where the horse starts to get mistreated. As your kids get older and begin to have an interest in boys or girls, start driving, or taking on a job to earn extra money, the poor horse begins to lose the attention it once had.

In most organizations June and July are about the times that mid year reviews are done to assess the progress of their employees. For sales organizations it is pretty simple since most are looking at the month sales goals and then other development factors. If you are looking for a place to get away too and really see paradise then Maui is the place. The eastern half is the younger and larger part of the island with Mount Haleakala as it’s volcano. This side of Maui is both wetter and drier than the western side of the island. It is wetter on the Northern shore and drier on the Southern shore. The North side of the island is not the tourist section, but the road to Hana is famous. This is a tropical drive that you need to take at least once. With all the rain you get on this part of the island, you will see numerous waterfalls and will be on a road that has over 500 hairpin turns and 50 one lane bridges. The trip is 52 miles long, but will take from 2 to 4 hours to make on highway 360 (Hana Highway). But whether you are taking a Maui Charter Fishing trip or taking the road to Hana you will find plenty on this more relaxed island.

With golf courses, tennis, scuba diving, surfing, and snorkeling nearby, Kauai is ideal for the perfect getaway. There are so many activities that you can enjoy are tours to the Waimea Canyon, take catamaran tours to Napali , helicopter tours, and more. We have snorkled off the shore and taking part in authentic Luaus where you are treated to an evening of eating, dancing, and entertainment.The people of Kuai are inviting and are very helpful in providing guides around the island and telling stories of the island. The other great benefit of Kuai is that it is less traveled than the Maui, and The Big Island so your stay is more relaxed and the beauty of the island is truly unmatched.
