What type of Brand Are you?

In a recent article I read it discussed different types of Brands. This can be found in Pharmaceutical Executive, June 2009. The author is Vince Parry. I thought it interesting in that they were discussing this in the context of pharmaceuticals, but could be applied to online businesses as well. Too many times, we try to copy what is already out there, and the real value is finding that unmet niche. Even better, creating our own niche to attract new customers and expand on a current market trend. For example, developing a website that sells Ringtones. There are 1000′s of sites that are dedicated to this category. So how would you differentiate yourself and rise to the top.
